As Vice President of Investor Relations, Elizabeth engages with philanthropists who are committed to nonpartisan election reform.

Elizabeth has deep experience in fundraising and organizational development. She previously served as Managing Director of Development and Outreach at Human Rights Watch; as Chief Development Officer for both The Marshall Project and the National Asian Pacific American Women’s Forum; and as the founding Executive Director of Lumos Foundation USA. 

Early in her career, Elizabeth worked in Serbia to strengthen democracy and civilian control of the military in the aftermath of the Yugoslav Wars; monitored elections on the volatile Kosovo border; and led a service-learning program for American students in India. Elizabeth earned her bachelor’s degree from Wesleyan University and a certificate in international affairs from New York University. She lives in Manhattan with her family.
