Prior to joining Unite America, Kay served for almost eight years with ADL, where she oversaw fundraising operations for the DC regional office, stewarded high-level donor relationships, and managed the annual ADL In Concert Against Hate event at the Kennedy Center in Washington, DC.

Originally hailing from Seattle, WA, Kay earned their B.A. in Political Science from Western Washington University, and their Masters in Public Administration from the Maxwell School at Syracuse University in 2010, and since then has been working in non-profit fundraising for a variety of issues. They are based in the Washington, DC region, and enjoy an active life in Silver Spring, MD with their spouse, daughter, and dog.
