Director, Research & Outreach
Beth is a director on the Policy and Partnerships team at Unite America, where she helps manage original and commissioned research on the problems with party primaries, and the evidence of reformed primary systems.

In addition to her policy and research expertise, Beth leads outreach efforts to educate stakeholders on election reform (including but not limited to open primaries, instant runoff voting, and independent redistricting commissions). She brings a national, nonpartisan perspective to her role, drawing on experience working for the National Conference of State Legislatures, the Oregon State Legislature and the U.S. Senate. Beth is a producer on the 2024 film, “Majority Rules.” Born and raised in rural Alaska, she holds a bachelor's degree in politics from Willamette University.
