His role includes oversight of annual planning and budgeting, ongoing pipeline and portfolio management, and business analysis, as well as driving collaboration between the Program, Strategy & Operations, and Investor Relations teams on financial and compliance issues. Prior to joining Unite America, Stephen spent over a decade working with international and domestic institutions, including Cornell University and the Institute for Genocide and Mass Atrocity Prevention. As the inaugural Director of Operations for Over Zero, he brought a blend of practice and research to scale the organization’s infrastructure. Stephen earned his B.A., MPA, and Ph.D. in Community and Public Affairs from Binghamton University. Outside of work, he can be found on his bike or hiking in the mountains.
